crafting high-quality furniture made in the USA and shipping directly
from Los Angeles, California. Our commitment to excellence ensures that our
products meet the highest standards of furniture manufacturing

Frame Construction & Features:

Our frames are meticulously engineered for durability, longevity, and comfort,
allowing us to confidently offer a limited lifetime warranty on all frames.

  • Kiln-Dried Hardwood & Pine: Frames are constructed from a carefully selected kiln-dried combination of pine and hardwood, a process that removes excess moisture to prevent warping, twisting, and squeaking over time.

  • Reinforced Stress Points: High-stress areas are reinforced with
    hardwood corner blocks, T-nuts for legs, heavy-duty commercial
    staples, and premium wood glue to ensure superior strength.

  • No-Sag Sinuous Wire Springs: Our seating is designed for ultimate
    comfort and durability using Leggett & Platt 8-gauge sinuous wire
    springs, flex cords, Densi fiber pad and Stanley Bostich Hartco clips,
    providing long-lasting suspension and support.

  • High-Resiliency Seat Cushions: Each cushion features 2.0-density
    high-resiliency foam with a Dacron wrap, specifically engineered to
    complement each furniture style for optimal comfort.

    Specialty Cushion Options (Available Upon Request)

  • Feather Down Cushions: A high-density foam core wrapped in
    a feather-locked ticking envelope, filled with 10% down and 90%
    feathers for luxurious comfort and durability.

  • Poly-Cloud or Feather Blend Cushions: A high-density foam core
    wrapped in a feather-locked ticking envelope, containing 50% polyester
    fiber, 5% down and 45% feathers for a soft yet supportive fee

  • Denier fill cushions: 100% 0.8 Denier Microfiber filling

  • Spring Cushions & Other Variations: Additional options are available
    upon special request.


Warranty Information


Frame Warranty – Limited Lifetime Warranty
Flores Design Inc. guarantees the structural integrity of our frames for
a lifetime against any manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover
damages caused by mishandling after delivery by retailers, warehouses, or
shipping agents. We strongly recommend inspecting all merchandise upon
receipt.

Cushion Warranty – 1 Year
Seat cushions are covered for one year against manufacturing defects.
  • Normal wear and tear, including cushion softening, wrinkling, or conforming to body shape, is expected and not covered under warranty.

  • Cushions damaged due to abuse or mishandling are not covered.


  • Shipping costs for cushion repairs or inspections are the responsibility 
    of the retailer or customer, as per their agreement.
Seam Warranty – Limited Lifetime Warranty
Seams are covered for a lifetime against manufacturing defects.
  • Seam separation due to abuse or mishandling is not covered.


  • Shipping costs for repairs are the responsibility of the retailer or 
    customer.
Fabric Warranty – No Warranty (Covered by Manufacturer)

  • Fabrics are covered only by the fabric mill against manufacturing
    defects. If a defect is suspected, a fabric sample (such as a pillow or
    cushion cover) must be sent to Flores Design Inc. for testing.


  • If the mill confirms a defect, they will honor their fabric warranty, 
    but the customer is responsible for labor costs associated with
    reupholstery (processing may take up to 90 days).

  • Slight dye lot variations are normal. For the closest color match,
    consult the factory.

  • Certain fabrics, including chenille, suede, velvet, brushed denim, and
    linen, may naturally exhibit light and dark shading, pressure marks,
    stretching, or fading—these are not considered defects.

  • Pilling and fading are not covered under warranty.

Leather Warranty – No Warranty

Leather is a natural material, and variations in grain, color, markings (scars,
brands, wrinkles), and stretch are expected and not considered defects. Each
leather hide is unique, and slight color variations may occur between pieces.


Important Customer Responsibilities
  • Inspect your merchandise upon delivery. We are not responsible for
    missing items (e.g., cushions, pillows, or legs) once the shipment has
    been accepted.

  • Handle furniture with care. Damages caused by improper handling
    after delivery are not covered under warranty.

  • Ensure clear and complete custom order details. Provide full
    descriptions and diagrams to minimize errors.
